Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

At RAVAGYN CLOTHING, we strive to provide a convenient and secure shopping experience for our customers. To reduce fraudulent orders and ensure efficient order processing, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy  with an advance confirmation payment.

Advance Confirmation Payment

To place a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, customers are required to pay a ₹99 advance confirmation amount online at the time of placing the order.

The remaining balance will be collected by our delivery partner at the time of delivery.

Why We Collect an Advance

The advance payment helps us:

  • Confirm genuine orders.
  • Reduce fake and unverified COD orders.
  • Cover a portion of shipping, packaging, payment gateway, and return logistics costs.

Order Confirmation

COD orders will be processed only after the advance payment is successfully received.

Orders without the advance payment will not be confirmed or dispatched.

Order Refusal

If the customer:

  • Refuses to accept the parcel at the time of delivery,
  • Is unavailable after multiple delivery attempts,
  • Provides an incorrect delivery address,
  • Or the order is returned due to customer-related reasons,

the ₹99 advance confirmation amount is non-refundable.

Returns After Delivery

If you accept the delivery and later request a return under our Return Policy:

Wrong, Damaged or Defective Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product,
  • A defective product,
  • An incorrect product,

you will receive a full refund, including the ₹99 advance payment, after the returned item is received and successfully inspected.

Size Exchange

If you require a different size, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Size exchanges are subject to stock availability and the product must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • With original tags attached
  • In its original packaging

Change of Mind

Returns requested due to personal preference, change of mind, or incorrect size selection by the customer will be processed according to our Refund Policy. Applicable shipping or handling charges may be deducted where permitted.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
